sunday teached life............

• A friend confused with life......
• meeting with parents of a prospect life partner........
• its raining in delhi ( check pics on my facebook profile ).........
• one of our relative expired in Dubai........
• a friend of mine had a complete break-off with her boyfriend....... ( amazed !!- she is happy )
• a friend wants to shift to Gurgaon................... ( for better career prospects )

Well this sunday teached me life.........let me tell u how......

First, I met a friend from my last company, a very good friend now, she is married but is very confused in life........ teached me that there could be a phase in life post marraige where one gets stuck, confused...so one has to ready for that. It was all written on her face, I could easily read that. All fun had evaporated, but m sure that its just a phase and things will change soon for her.
This too shall pass........
Second, its self explantory.........sometimes you have to stop pretending. There will be various encounters in life where you would have to show your real self, which let me tell u is a damn difficult job. We all need to learn that. Its not our fault that we are like that but the world around us has teached us to pretend, pretend and pretend. Sometimes you have to prentend in front of a client that you understand all their business startegies and say "you are right". Sometimes you pretend that you understand that joke in english movie when you are trying to impress her on first date. And we have learnt to be that way. Where is real you ? ??? ??

Third, expect unexpected. Rains in winters to make cold worse. Expect unexpected which will make it worse.
Fourth, a relative of us expired in Dubai, cause was heart fail. He was around 55 . Health is very important part of your life, take care of urself. Eat less, workout, dont smoke..........these words should be on ur tips. Dont let work overtake your health. Well the only thing I remember about my relative is that he gifted me two packets of toffees when he returned from Dubai . He was well known name in our family, Dubai return- wearing gold watch, few Gold rings and a heavy gold chain. He was a hardworker with sense of enterprenuership. His kids are owning and running 3 shops in Dubai.
Fifth, why is she happy, m still thinking. Is she pretending. In bollywood words - Ek bhoj tha, dil se hat gaya......probably. Sometimes you have to move on in life leaving good things behind, those memories, in search of new & better things. One will fill-up this phase with things that they missed all this while. I know its a great move for her only if she doesnt looks back. I have always learnt that if you have to choose a thing from two.............always select a new one. This is because, you can mould a new thing according to yourself. You cant change the shape of iron which is already moulded.You can but u have to break it first, which will hurt. One has to leave things behind and keep on moving, face bad, face good, face new, face old.........Keep facing, expecting that u will get what you want. One day you will get it........
Sixth, career again is very important. But what is more important is how you see urself in future. Doing good in present would not do any good to you but rather how you look to ur future would . He is looking at future .

This sunday taught me alot. I never thot" that I could think so deeply. Today i did.
I dunt know how many of these learnings you guys can relate with, but m sure some of them would definitely make sense for you.......

Thats Life !!!

Why do we feel low ....?? Why do we become unhappy in life at various instances ....?? Why is it sometimes we feel that life is unfair........ Why do we feel that their are more "downs" in life than "ups"......Their can be no. of reasons for this. Can be when u fight with some1 close to u, can be when u miss some1, Can be when u think ur boss is not treating u the way he shud be, can be when everything is in mess. At somepoint in life, evryone feels low and its a regular phenomena. Rich or poor doesn't matter, Boss or Subordinate doesn't matter, Child or Adult doesn't matter, Married or single doen't matter and the list is long. We can't change that, every1 goes from different phases in life with different frequencies. "...????/////......,,,,,---=++////........,,, ". Thats Life !!! and Thats Normal !!! U cant change it......
But what can be changed is the "deepness" of the "lows" of life.......U must have seen people who make good fortune and they keep on making it and their are people who keep on worrying about things and they keep on. If u beilieve in ourselves and give time to things to change and at the same point of time not to loose urself, u will come back to life at a faster pace. And once the "ups" in life starts it will keep on going up. We misunderstand the stability as "lows" of life. The pace of growth keeps on changing gears and we have change our speed according to gears set by life. Well, Thats life !!! U only have stearing and brakes with u and not the gears and accelerator.

Phone Calls

Gone are the days when we use to wait for a fone call at neighbour's house. I still remember good old days when my mother use to take me ( i was bout 9 yrs.) to vimla aunty's place ( our neighbour's in ajmer) to attend a phone call by my dad, who was than posted in Jammu.

My father like most of govenment officers believes in doing things economically and saving cost. Every Friday @ 4pm, he use to give a missed call at vimla aunty's only landline phone in colony and aunty in consequence use to shout frm her bedroom ( houses were very close to each other) - "sonu ! papa ka phone aa raha hai "..... And i with mom use to walk on a higher pace than normal, on every friday to attend those calls which rings again @ 4.10 pm............
We have moved from Trunk calls to Telephone connections to mobile phone to blackberry to IPhones to Gtalk to Skype and the list is long.........

Now i also keep on hold the phone calls and call my mom ( who will come after doing all small things she can on way to my room ) of my bua who stays in US . The other day i spoke to my frends who are bangalored and we even discuss minute things like - " in which room m sitting" ........ The product popularly known as GTalk gives facilitates you this........Life has changed now.......!!

The technology these days is riding fast than our imaginations.......... With all this coming to our way with this speed , i see all blackberry's, skype's and gtalk's of the world becoming history in the world of electronics and communications in near future. The probable replacement to current technology could be a chip fixed in our body and which has a direct connection to our thoughts through nerves. and two people communicating to each other without talking but through thoughts handled by these chips.

But is it a long way to go..........???? No one but I guess bill gates or better, Steve jobs knows this..........

The tough guys....

After several meetings with clients, person reaches back to office........Evening at 8.....

no airconditioner working.... very few lights switched on in office.....two marketing guys discussing with one product manager "how should homepage of their website should look like".....

a scene from window pane: a shady climate ( looks like raining outside).......lots of cars honking on each other to reach their home early , with their lights on high beam.......

two security guards watching TV at the reception of the office entrance..... ( duty change of security guards)......

A scene which a Sales People generally see everyday....... - The TOUGH guys !!
